As a member of WSERC, you will also be a member of Western Colorado Congress. WCC is a network of Western Slope community groups that have banded together to increase the power of concerned citizens in rural Colorado. Membership in WCC includes access to a lobbyist working to protect environmental interests in the state legislature.
